Production lines

Den Doelder Pallets has five production lines, three in Axel and two in Westdorpe. In Axel we have an automatic production line.

Modern automatic production line

Our newest production line in Axel is only one year old and fully robotised. Here we produce 450 pallets per hour. This production line can be quickly converted for any batch size, thid enables us to always provide you with the best possible service.

Den Doelder Pallets can produce 150 different types of pallets in Axel. Because this site has three production lines, a lot of variation is possible. The production line includes nail detection and a camera system. In this way it is checked whether all boards have been produced correctly and with which quality is guaranteed.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery to our customers is important to us. For this reason, we strive to deliver new pallets within 24 hours. We often make specific agreements with regard to stock, in which we have one, two or three loads in storage. This way we can always guarantee a fast delivery.
