At Den Doelder Pallets, we consider sustainability and dealing with the environment to be important. Wood is an environmentally friendly product that is easy to recycle. Our ATEX sawmill in Latvia therefore cuts as much thinning wood as possible. Thinning wood is wood that is cut down to give other trees more space.

The possibilities of our sawmill

Our ATEX sawmill in Latvia has a capacity of approximately 4,000m³ of sawn wood per year. It is not a large sawmill but a sawmill where mainly special orders are cut, such as beams with a groove, beams with different length and thickness sizes and CP 9 elements. In this sawmill we work with 100% certified round wood that consists of both softwood and mixed hardwood.
